  I called Ryse Construction and Rob answered the phone. Very impressive that the owner would answer. I was referred to them because they work on Manufactured homes. I explained to Rob that I wanted an estimate to remove and repair the insulation and the AC duct work under my home and that I also had a electrical issue underneath. He asked what happened and I told him our wash flooded our home. He asked about my floor and I said yes I need to replace the floor but I will do that, so you don't have to worry about it. Rob then said yes I do because I do the whole project not just the bad parts. I said I just need an estimate on the underneath. He said I can give you an estimate but that doesn't mean I will do the work. I never had a contractor or service person ever talk to me like that. He made it sound like I worked for him. Thankfully it never went passed a phone conversation.
